Ask the seller a question
Whilst browsing through the wide choices on www.clothesagency.com a Member may find just the right garment - but before making that final commitment, could have a question regarding the item.
This may include, but is not limited to:
'Ask The Seller A Question' can be found when viewing the full description of any item for sale. Simply scroll down towards the bottom, locate the box, enter your question into the box and then press 'Send'. An email will be sent to the seller, informing them that they have Private Messages.
When the seller has sent an answer, you will also then receive an email entitled 'You Have Private Messages'. To access this reply - or any reply sent via the Message centre, log into your account using your User Name and Password and click on my messages!
You will be able to continue sending and receiving messages via this section as many times as neccessary and you'll be able to review your questions and replies by clicking on the 'messages sent' and 'messages received' tabs of my messages, within the my account section.
