Beyonce stands up for curvy ladies

With her glamorous figure, music-star husband and successful career, many may think that Beyonce has it all. 

However, in the new issue of Self Magazine, the former Destiny's Child star has claimed that she has to work at her body to keep it toned. 

"I can't eat what I want, and I can't not go to the gym," she said. 

"I feel best when I'm not really thin and not really heavy - when I'm still curvy. I really believe that everyone is supposed to be different and whatever is a natural weight for you is usually what looks best." 

Beyonce, like fellow singers Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, has shunned the stick-thin looks of her peers in favour of a toned, feminine shape.

Hollywood beauty admits to being a causal-wear lover 

With Hollywood ladies often looking so preened and pampered it comes as a surprise when one admits that she doesn't care too much about fashion. 

However, famed beauty Megan Fox has admitted that it is not an area she has much knowledge in. 

Speaking to the Sun, the Transformers star said that she's just "not that girl". 

"I need people to style me because I'm pretty clueless about it and I don't care," she said. "I wear pretty much the same outfit every day: jeans, flip-flops and a super soft T-shirt and glasses." 

The 23-year-old actress has in the past won acclaim for her looks, with FHM voting her the Sexiest Woman in the World in 2008, so it is good to hear that we don't need to turn on the glamour all the time to get noticed!

Stars reveal red carpet packing secrets

Speaking in an interview with Women's Wear Daily, Kristin Scott Thomas said that when visiting Cannes, there is no need to grab a suitcase. 

"There's no point in taking anything, the [fashion] houses bring all these dresses down to us to wear," she said. 

However, she added that she had a hankering for something "old" to wear as she can never "wear the same dress more than once to an occasion like normal people do".

Victoria Beckham spends £1.5 million on Birkin bags

The Hermes Birkin is the Manolo Blahnik of the bag world, coveted by many as the most beautiful and desirable any woman could own. 

Now, an analysis by financial website TheBigMoney.com has suggested that ever-fashionable Victoria Beckham may have spent as much as £1.5 million on her collection of Birkins. 

The bags, which start at around £4,200 for the most basic number, are a regular feature of Victoria's arm. 

Hermes' chief executive Jean Louis Dumas came up with the Birkin bag after a discussion with the actress Jane Birkin on a flight from Paris to London about the difficulty of finding the perfect weekend travel aid. 

The result of the discussion was the now much sought after creation, which can cost as much as £80,000. 

Although we here at the Clothes Agency are unlikely to get our hands on such a pricey bag, there are a number of beautiful designer pieces currently on the site.

Vogue highlights colour-blocking trend  

Vogue has highlighted colour blocking as a huge seasonal trend this summer on its website today (May 15^th).

The gloomy economic climate means there is all the more reason to dress to impress and colour blocking is one technique that will have everyone in envy of your wardrobe in the warmer months. 

Marc Jacobs, Christian Dior, Lanvin, Dries Van Noten and Marni are just a few of the designers that attempted the look on the catwalks. 

The lovely people at Vogue have given some hints and tips that can help all of us achieve the style without looking like a primary-coloured children's toy. 

"Team colours from the same family together for a harmonious look - think bright pinks with vivid fuchsias, turquoise with royal blue," the magazine suggests. 

"Keep warmer tones like orange and red together [and] go for a neutral shoe to keep it simple."
