FINE ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN BRACELET

This bracelet is incredibly delicate, light , and lacy. I have been the owner for 35 years and have enjoyed every minute of it.

This bracelet is all original and most likely made in Europe. There are over 40  diamonds distributed across the face of the piece. The center diamond is a brilliant cut and the rest are fully faceted European cut.

The front and top of the links are done in Platinum and the back  and sides of the bracelet links are 14 K gold. The gold links are engraved.

 The main section of the bracelet gently curves to fit the wrist. The total length is 6 1/2 inches (16 1/2 cm) and the center section measures 2 inches (5cm) across and is 5/8 of an inch (10cm) high.  The total weight is 9.4 grams.

I am not a jeweler so unfortunately I do not know what weight the diamonds are. My best guess going by picture comparison would be that the center brilliant stone is .5, and the two stone on either end about .4 The rest of the diamonds are fully faceted and tiny at about .01

This bracelet was unofficialy appraised by a respected auction house  in Washington D.C. jewelry manager at a starting bid of $1,500.00.

I have not been sucessful in photographing the amazing play of light that sparkles across the face of this piece, but I assure you that you would be very pleased with the piece when you see it  in person.
