Downloading your photographs
When you are registering an item you will have the opportunity to download up to SIX digital photographs of each item you have registered.
Downloading a photo from your computer is incredibly easy: - Select the 'browse' link to the right of the relevant Image Box when you list your item - this will take you to the programme drives of your computer.
- Select the folder in which you are storing the photographs of your item (this could be in My Pictures or My Photos, or in any relevant folder on the hard drive or CD).
- Then select the image(s) that you have prepared and double click. This will copy that image straight into the Image Box you have chosen.
- Repeat the process as many times as you like - up to six different images may be downloaded (read our tips on Photographing your item).
- When you click on continue, the images will be automatically downloaded and will appear on your listing!
- It is important that your photographs are not too big, as they may not download, or will take a long time to appear. This will depend on your Internet connection, but we recommend that each file size is no larger than 600kb. If needs be, the size of an image can be reduced by completing a few very simple steps - click on Help in your photography editing programme for more details on how to RESIZE an image.
- You may change your images at any time by selecting edit item on any current listing within the my sales section and I'm selling it. You will not be able to edit images once an item has sold.
