Floor-length trend highlighted at US awards
Some of the world's most glamorous women were out in force this week for the Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Contrary to popular belief that those in country music stick to denim and gingham, there were some seriously high-fashion dresses on the red carpet.
Among those who got ticks for their style were teen star Miley Cyrus, who wowed the crowds in a grey Monique Lhuillier gown and Nicole Kidman who went for a floor length, glittering black number.
Floor-length gowns ruled supreme at the awards, with nearly all of the famous attendees opting for such dresses.
Buying a floor-length gown is often seen as the chic option when stepping out for balls or high-profile events and can be dressed up or dressed down as appropriate.
Currently at the Clothes Agency there are some fantastically glamorous floor-length lovelies, including the Danes backless sky blue silk chiffon evening gown and the Dolce and Gabbana black velvet number, (or the couture lace D&G for that ultimate chic) both perfect for a sophisticated dinner out or a day at the races.
Both outfits reek of sophisticated style, with the Danes piece going particularly well with the Raw Silk Bronze Wrap on the Accessories page for those not afraid to stand out from the crowd.
Alternatively, for those who want a more summery look (and who wouldn't with the current good weather) the impressive amber glass bead necklace on the Jewellery page will give instant style kudos.
