Incident report
In the spirit of The Community we hope that all our members will remain courteous to their fellow members and follow our Terms & Conditions whilst active on The Site.
There will be however times when problems may arise during transactions or interactions with others on The Site and within The Community.
This may include, but not be limited to: - Failure to complete a transaction (either payment or delivery of goods).
- Refusal to fulfil returns or to make a refund as indicated on the seller's items and/or information.
- Misrepresentation on the Site in any way - whether it is regarding an item or personal information.
- Unauthorised solicitation in any shape or form made as a direct or indirect approach through The Site.
- Illegal fraud - i.e. credit card, personal cheques, or other financial fraudulent behaviour.
- Aggressive, offensive or discourteous behaviour to other members of the Community, individually, through the Members forum - or any other avenue.
We very much hope that this sort of behaviour will not occur within The Community and whilst all our sellers and buyers will have the opportunity to reflect their trading experiences by completing the Members feedback, there may be the odd occasion when a Member feels strongly enough to contact us and report any serious incidents.
Whilst The Site cannot accept responsibility for any disputes, nor indeed become involved, we would appreciate being informed - for instance, if a Member might feel that our Terms & Conditions or Privacy policy are being clearly breached.
This will enable The Site to maintain a responsible over-view of its Members and to assess any repeat offenders. The Site will reserve the right to implement a Suspension or disqualification if they feel a Member is failing to meet the standards and exemplary behaviour expected of The Community.
This would apply particularly to those who are reported to us for acts of unauthorised solicitation.
Please feel free to send any comments to contact@clothesagency.com.
