Member's feedback
Feedback is an important part of our community and encourages members to remain courteous to others in all their transactions and activities, The Site invites Members to show their appreciation by reflecting on each other's actions after each completed transaction. This can be done between sellers and buyers, but do bear in mind that once awarded, stars cannot be rescinded (except for Administration's direct intervention and only in exceptional circumstances). Please don't act in haste and repent at leisure!
The stars will be visible on the site alongside Members IDs, or wherever their name appears, and next to each star will be the number awarded. Not only will you be able to see at a glance as to how each member is regarded by others, but also how established they have become within The Community.
This will be a great opportunity for each Member to build a good trading reputation, so it's up to each buyer and seller to encourage their trading partners to complete the Member's Feedback process. Don't be disheartened or even discouraged by a low number of transactions, they do not necessarily mean that a Member should be avoided! The stars are not compulsory and therefore may not have been completed, although The Site does encourage its Members to reflect on their experiences by awarding these stars kindly to each other.
How to View Feedback.
Sellers: When viewing an item for sale, the seller's feedback stars are visible next to the User Name. Simply click on the name to view their feedback - both received and left for others.
Buyers: When an item has been purchased, the seller will receive an email informing them of the order. This email will include the User Name as well as shipping details of the buyer. The buyer's feedback total will also be visible next to the User Name. To view fuller details, the seller should log in to their account - click on I sold it and above the relevant item sold, select View Buyer's Feedback.

Feedback is awarded in the following categories:
GOLD
A gold star signifies that the item sold or purchased was true to its description, it was dispatched promptly and in good condition and that the buyer or seller felt the experience to be an altogether good one. Furthermore, any problems were dealt with quickly and courteously. It also suggests that the Member who awarded the points looks forward to dealing with the Seller or Buyer again in the future.
SILVER
A silver star indicates that there may have been a problem of some description with the item received, or how the transaction was handled. However, the seller or buyer was accommodating and the problem was eventually resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
BLACK STAR
If a member awards a Black Star, it will indicate that there was a serious problem with the sale and that either the buyer or the seller acted in a negative way and the problem sadly remained unresolved. This might include but not be limited to, a misrepresentation of an item; a refusal to pay; or a full refund claimed under false pretenses.
Awarding a Black Star is a sign of a serious dispute and should not be undertaken lightly as once given, they may only be rescinded at the Site's strict discretion. Once a seller is noted to have gained a high number of these stars, their membership to The Site will be examined and assessed and should it continue, The Site may enforce a Suspension or disqualification. However if, following the examination, a Member is found to be awarding such stars unjustly, then it is they who may be re-assessed for continued Membership to The Site.
