My menu
This is the navigation from where you will control your account and your activity within our community. For clarity we've broken it down into four easy sections, my basket - my account - my sales - my purchases.
My basket is where you will be able to complete your chosen purchases. Depending on how many pieces you've chosen (oh go on.... be a devil!), it will be broken down into Top Drawer purchases (that's the catalogues we manage from our HQ on behalf of the Agency's private clients), and each independent seller.
We've done this because every seller accepts different forms of payment, so you'll need to check out with each one individually. Most accept Paypal and so the payments will go directly into their Paypal accounts - some accept cheques only and will be in touch with you via email - and here at Top Drawer we accept credit cards as well as Paypal and cheques. It's very easy and quick, and we'll walk you through each step with easy-to-follow instructions to help you!
My account is a general section for personal details, messages, the forum and your complete feedback.
My details will house your given name, address and telephone (invisible to others), and within that page you can also keep your default sale & returns policy. The new 'about me' in that same page will be useful for sellers who'd like to tell their buyers a little more about themselves, (this can be viewed once you have something for sale and will be found right by the feedback link). From here you can also request a User Name change and where your Paypal details will be stored if you wish. We've also added an age bracket - you don't have to fill this in if you're shy - but it will help us to help you when we have special offers or sales that we hope may be of interest! Remember - the more you tell us, the more we can do for you - it's entirely your choice!
In my messages you'll be able to talk directly to other members of the community. Sellers can answer all sales enquiries from this section, and buyers will view the responses to any queries they've sent. To keep full records you won't be able to delete from this section, but messages will be archived automatically after a three month period.
The member's forum is the place to really get up close and personal with other members of the community. We hope that it'll be active, fun, informative and a place to visit regularly - this again is a new addition, so please feel free to jump in and get it going - the more the merrier! (There are a few basic rules - so don't forget to glance at them from time to time!) You'll be able to send Private Messages to other posting members through the Forum too - again, these will appear along with any responses in my messages.
My feedback - an important part of your community reputation. This has been divided into feedback received; left; and still to leave. Please don't forget to complete your feedback, for both sellers and buyers alike it's a great way to let others know you're a reliable and good soul!

My sales is where you'll manage your selling catalogue.
List an item is the listing process - easy, straightforward and we've added a new feature to enable you to make your listing as colourful and as fun as you'd like! Choose different fonts - colours and appearance (even smilies!) to attract buyers to your sales. And now you can add up to SIX photos, all free of charge and there are no problems with the image sizes (if you shrink them before upload, it'll be a lot faster - but it's not vital). Editing and previewing are also available and once you've entered an item it will appear in I'm selling it.
I'm selling it (with the number of items in brackets so you can see at a glance how may items you have uploaded). This has now been sub-sectioned to items you have live, and those that are dormant and that still need to completed by continuing to check out. We have also added a 'Number of views' functionality, which will only be available to you personally as the seller. This will be viewable from your catalogue and will help you gauge how much interest your items have gained. If the number is low - don't be disheartened, just review the listing and perhaps think about tweaking the photos, the price or even the description!
I sold it lists your sold items - again, with numbers in brackets for quick reference, simply click to see what you have sold, who to and when. You'll also now be able to see the feedback for your buyer, so you can check their reputation within the community. Don't be put off if they have a low rating, they may be new to our community - we have members joining us every day and we all have to start somewhere! Once a sale is completed you can delete listings from this section, or relist any item if necessary.
My to do list is a fabulous new management tool for sellers. It will remind you what items you still have waiting to be set live; items still to ship and feedback still to leave. In other words, it'll help you keep up to date with your sales and customer service!

Seen something you like but want to think about? You could benefit from our new feature I love it, which enables you to keep a watch list. Simply add anything you like into I love it and you can return once you've made up your mind and either add it to your basket or remove it - it's that easy!
And once you've taken the plunge, done some serious shopping and completed the checkout from your shopping basket - everything will drop like magic into I own it.. Here you can see all your purchases at a glance and when the delivery is complete, you can either keep it in there for reference, or delete it.
Found a seller you like? It's easy to keep an eye on their new listings by adding them to your favourite sellers - add as many as you like and delete them at any time!
And to manage your purchases even more thoroughly you'll find the my to do list a fabulous help. This is broken down into your watch list (I love it), your shopping basket (these are items that you've chosen to buy, but haven't yet completed by proceeding to checkout) and still to pay for (items you have checked out and therefore completed the ordering process, but have chosen to pay for by cheque. Simply delete when you've posted the payment!) and feedback still to leave for items you have received.
