Platinum Membership - Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully.
By applying for Platinum Membership and completing the application form the following terms and conditions will apply and are accepted by the applicant.
1) Platinum Membership is available only to registered members of Clothes agency.com - please allow up to 48 hours for a Platinum Membership to become fully active.
2) Once an application has been completed the annual paid fee of £30.00 (UK) inc. VAT is non-refundable either in total or on a pro rata basis. Renewal will be automatically charged to the Platinum Member's credit card unless they expressly cancel their membership in advance. Clothes Agency will contact each Platinum Member before the expiration of their annual membership to give them the option of renewing or cancelling.
3) At the point of upgrading to Platinum Membership and once the fee has been paid, Platinum Members will receive an email confirming their upgrade. Platinum Members will also receive an email with a numbered discount code - this will be applicable to the 10% discount on first purchase. The 10% applies to Top Drawer catalogues only (these are instantly recognisable by the (TD) after the sellers name) and may only be redeemed once. Simply type the discount code into the relevant box within the Shopping Basket and once Platinum Members are satisified with purchases - proceed to payment. Multiple purchases for this discount are allowed, so it is recommended that Platinum Members take full advantage!
4) A maximum of two free listings are available in any one calendar month. Once two listings are complete, there will be no more free listings available until the next month. Free listings MUST be entered via my free listings in the my sales menu. Simply follow the instructions! If more than two listings are uploaded in any one calendar month they will be subject to the normal 28 day listing fees. Unused free listings may not be carried over to the next calendar month as accumulated free listings.
5) Once a listing has been set live - the category and sub-category will not be changeable - please take care when listing! If there is a genuine mistake then please apply to Customer Services to have the item changed - however, this can only be done within 48 hours of the item being first set live. After that time the item will not be able to have either it's category or sub-category changed.
6) Once listed, an item will remain current until such time as it is sold or deleted by the seller. Items may not be replaced once set live and once sold or deleted a new item may not be listed in it's place.
7) Customer Services will be pleased to help guide the Platinum Member with their listings - please apply for advice via email to contact@clothesagency.com with the words Platinum Member Enquiry in the subject line. Clothes Agency cannot guarantee that emails without this title will be responded to.
8) Clothes Agency will endeavour to offer Platinum Members reductions and special offers on a regular basis - however, these are subject to availibility and change.
9) Clothes Agency will give preference to Platinum Members when gift-wrapping has been ordered for Top Drawer items. This gift-wrapping service is not available (unless offered) in regard to items purchased from independent sellers.
10) Clothes Agency will endeavour to promote the listings of Platinum Members - this may include being selected to appear as The Featured Item of the Day on the relevant Home Page. This service is not guaranteed as it is automatically generated - but all Platinum Members' catalogues will be eligible for this promotion.
11) Clothes Agency will endeavour to alert Platinum Members to sales that match the criteria as laid out in platinum email alert or my favourite searches. The number of emails cannot be guaranteed whether only a few or a great many! It is entirely up to the Platinum Member to enter as little or as much information as they wish. The more information entered - the more email alerts this will generate. If the Platinum Member feels that they are receiving too many, they will need to change their own preferences - Clothes Agency strictly cannot do this on a Platinum Member's behalf.
