Parental supervision
The Site wishes to maintain an excellent Community spirit within the Site and whilst it does not wish to appear exclusionary, it hopes to maintain a degree of protection for any younger Members.
All we ask is that, whilst welcome, all Members between the ages of 16 and 18 who wish to buy or sell on the Site do so with the express permission and guidance of their parent or guardian.
The Site cannot accept liability for the behaviour of, or consequences arising from the actions of it's younger Members on the Site, which is why we wish to maintain a safe environment for all. In addition, if a Member is found to be misrepresenting their age, they will be disqualified and blocked from the Site immediately.
The Site tries to do all it can to protect it's younger Members so, whilst The Site does not permit any items of explicit nature to be registered, and will endeavour to prevent this from occurring, it cannot guarantee this will not from time to time occur.
However, as this is a Community, The Site encourages all it's Members to maintain the community spirit and bring any items to the attention of the Site that they feel may be detrimental to the Site and Community's good name via our e-mail Incident report link or email us at contact@clothesagency.com.
