
It's All A Question of Feedback....
Whether a buyer or a seller, whether active or inactive, we're part of a community here at www.clothesagency.com - and to build on that we need to stay in touch with each other.
The perfect way to do that is to give Feedback whenever we complete a transaction, but not all of us realise that it's there, so let's take a look at what it's all about...
What IS 'Feedback'??..... Why is such importance placed on it?? ..... And why do we all care so much??......
The answers are pretty simple...
What is it? Once a sale has been completed, Feedback is a quick and easy way for you, as a buyer or seller, to let the rest of us know how you felt it all went. As a seller you could remark on how fast a buyer paid - and as a buyer you might want to comment on the speed of delivery and your satisfaction of the goods received.

Feedback is important! It gives the rest of us the opportunity to check the reputations of the sellers or buyers that we're considering dealing with and not only that, it helps build a warmer and friendlier community.

Why do we care so much? Let's face it - we're all human and we all enjoy a compliment! But more importantly it's a way for you as sellers to give confidence to others who may want to buy from your catalogues - and for buyers it's a great way to let sellers know that you're not going to let them down, (i.e. you pay your bills!).
So those are the joys of Feedback (or the pitfalls if you misbehave!!), the important role it plays in your community and how much it means to others. It's the perfect way to stay in touch - and the perfect way to say thank you to each other!
