How do I register?
It is easy to register on Clothes Agency and it's completely free! Simply select 'register' wherever indicated and fill in the relevant details before submitting. After your application has been completed, you will be sent a direct e-mail containing your welcome note. You will then be free to log in as a Member - all you need to do it to make a note of your chosen User ID and password, as this will be needed every time you wish to log on to the Site.

When I try to register a pop-up box tells me I am 'using an illegal character' - what am I doing wrong?
This pop-up box appears because you are probably trying to use a figure or character that is incompatable to the programming of the site. I.e. & ^ % / etc. etc., this will have been refused by the system. A good rule of thumb to follow is: When selecting your user name and password please use only letters, numbers or underscores

Are Under 18's able to use the Site?
Under 18's are welcome, however parental agreement and supervision must be sought. Please see
Parental supervision.

Should Members be aware of any prohibited countries?
Whilst Clothes Agency encourages an international Membership, there are a few countries that are prohibited due to International Sanctions; for instance Angora (UNITA Groups), Burma, Iraq and Zimbabwe. Membership is international, so if you are in any doubt, please check with the authorities in your local jurisdiction.

What is a User ID and password?
a) A User ID is the name that will be shown on Clothes Agency instead of your actual name. This gives buyers and sellers anonymity, and it will remain that way until a sales transaction is initiated. Your ID may be anything from 6 - 14 characters long and can be a combination of words, letters, underscore/hyphen or numbers. Crude User ID's are strictly prohibited. Any Member using an inappropriate User ID will be asked to change it, or it will be removed. It is recommended that an email address is NOT used as a User ID, as this will enable others to send SPAM emails.
b) Your password is a secret word known only to you and enables you, along with your User ID, to access your member's account. Please remember your password and keep it safe. Should you forget it, don't worry - you'll be able to request a copy via the home pages, or by sending us an email directly. Further identification may be requested, for instance the answer to your chosen 'Secret Question', so do remember this information! Once your identity has been established, the information will be resent to you via email.

I have forgotten my User ID and/or Password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, please click
HERE and enter your email address, and your password/ID will be forwarded to your registered email.

How do I know if my registration has been successful?
Once you have completed your application for registration, a 'Welcome Email' will be sent to you, confirming your membership. At this time you will be allowed to sign into the Site using your User ID and Password. Should you not receive this email, please

I do not wish to receive regular Clothes Agency newsletters - what do I do?
Clothes Agency completely understands if you do not wish to receive Newsletters, (although it is recommended you do glance at them, as they may have news of special offers that may be of interest to you!). All you have to do is to log on, using your User Name and Password, click on my details in my account - scroll down and place a tick in the newsletter opt-out box and then save changes. You can, at any time, select to start receiving the newsletters once more, by logging back in and removing the tick! Please note - from time to time there will be notices sent to members announcing changes to either the site or the Terms and Conditions - you may not opt-out of these notices.

May I cancel my Membership?
Should you wish to cancel your Membership, Clothes Agency will be sorry to see you go - but your wish to do so will be understood! Please note that the
Terms & Conditions
will apply to you at all times regardless of your Membership status. Simply send an email to contact@clothesagency.com informing Administration of your wish to cancel your membership. Please include your User Name. Don't forget that you'll be welcome to re-join at any time! (Unless a suspension or disqualification is the reason for your departure).

PLEASE NOTE: If a member wishes to cancel their membership, but still has active sales in their catalogues, the listings must be deleted first. It is ENTIRELY the responsibility of the member to delete any current sales items from their catalogues before their membership is archived. Clothes Agency will not take responsibility for any subsequent listing charges made in the event of active listings remaining on the system following a membership cancellation. The system is carefully written and World Pay Future payments will continue if items are not deleted from the system properly. No refunds will be made for any such eventuality.

My personal details have changed - what do I do?
Should your personal details change at any time, please alter the relevant points in my account as soon as they become current. If this involves changing your email address, the changes to both your old and new address may be further verified by Administration for your own security.

I would like to change my User Name - what do I do?
You are welcome to change your User Name at any time - please go to my details within the my account section and select click here to change - this is clearly shown at the top of the form next to User Name. Once selected, you will be invited to enter your new chosen name and this will be forwarded to Administration. Please wait for confirmation before attempting to sign in under your new User ID, allowing up to 36 hours for it to take effect.

Will my personal details be available to other Members?
Your personal details will not be available to other Members. Obviously the only time you will need to give these details is when you contact a seller or buyer directly either by asking a question, or when buying or selling an item. See our
