Business Account Terms and Conditions 

By applying for business Membership the following terms and conditions will apply and are accepted by the applicant. 

1) Business Membership is available only to registered members of Clothes agency.com

2) Once the application has been completed and the 90 day membership fee of £120.00 is paid it is non-refundable either in total or on a pro rata basis. Renewal will be automatically charged to the Business Member's credit card unless they cancel their membership.

3) A Business Membership can be cancelled at anytime through WorldPay. This is the sole responsibility of the Business Member. If the agreement has been cancelled the Clothes Agency has the right to delete any items still listed for sale once the membership has expired.

4) At the point of upgrading to Business Membership and once the fee has been paid, Business Members will receive an email confirming their upgrade. 
 
5) An unlimited amount of listings are available in the 90 day period.

6) Once a listing has been set live - the category and sub-category will not be changeable - please take care when listing! If there is a genuine mistake then please request via Customer Services to have the item changed - however, this can only be done within 48 hours of the item being first set live. After that time the item will not be able to have either its category or sub-category changed. 
 
7) Customer Services will be pleased to help guide the Business Member with their listings - please apply for advice via email to contact@clothesagency.com with the words Business Member Enquiry in the subject line. Clothes Agency cannot guarantee that emails without this title will be responded to. 
 
8) Clothes Agency will endeavour to promote the listings of Business Members – through newsletters and social media networks. 
 
9) These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and if made, Business Members will be informed via email. All other Terms and Conditions for general membership to Clothes Agency.com will also apply to Business Members. Please click here to view.
