Suspension or disqualification

Help to maintain a friendly and relaxed atmosphere within the Community! Clothes Agency is committed to protecting it's Members and maintaining high standards at all times.

To uphold these standards, Clothes Agency will not tolerate any behaviour that may threaten the security, safety or spirit of the Community and it's Members and will take severe measures if made aware of any such activities.

This will include but may not be limited to:

Aggressive, suggestive or rude behaviour from any Member or visitor on the Site.
Actions that may insinuate or elicit sexual behaviour.
Solicitation of any description.
Falsification or misrepresentation of personal details, or items for sale.
Consistent failure to uphold the beliefs of the Community, i.e. payment schedules, or returns and refunding schedules during sales transactions between Members.
A high number of Black Stars awarded from other Members after transactions have been completed - see Members feedback.
Any behaviour that may attempt to bring a Member or The Site's reputation into disrepute.
Failure to maintain the spirit of the Community.
Severe or continued breaches of the Terms & Conditions or Privacy policy.

Members will be asked to uphold the spirit of the Community and to assist this by bringing to Clothes Agency's attention any actions that they feel are detrimental to the Site or Community, by making a full and detailed report via the Incident report link.

If any complaint is made, a full and fair investigation will be conducted, giving both parties ample opportunity to express their concerns.

If, at the conclusion of the investigation, any Member is found to be in clear breach of our Terms & Conditions, they may be suspended and/or disqualified from The Site.

There will be no opportunity for them to rejoin at any time.

The Site's decision is final.
