Victoria Beckham steps out in flats??...

As one of the world's most fashionable women, it comes as no surprise that Victoria Beckham often chooses to enhance her couture outfits with sky-high heels.

That's why it came as quite a shock when she was recently pictured at London's Wembley Stadium in a pair of baggy jeans and flip-flops.

It was a rare night out of the stilettos for the mum-of-three who is rarely snapped without a pair of towering Christian Laboutins at social engagements.

However, this was not the first time that Posh Spice has been papped in public wearing shoes with no heels.

At the launch of her fragrance in New York last year, Victoria opted for a pair of shoes by Italian designer Berardi - which came with a five-and-a-half inch platform, but no heel.

In an interview at the time, the designer said: "They are perfectly balanced. Having a heel is really just psychological."

Victoria's fashion credentials have gone from strength to strength in recent months, with clothes from her own line being worn by both Madonna and Heidi Klum.
